Privacy Policy

DNS Changer: Gamers ("the app") is a networking utility that applies a custom DNS resolver on your device to reduce DNS lookup latency. This policy is written to be accurate rather than reassuring.
The short version
- There is no account and no login.
- The app never asks for your location.
- The DNS servers you choose are never sent anywhere.
- It does not observe, log, proxy or transmit your browsing or DNS queries.
- It is not a VPN service and routes none of your traffic through us.
What is collected

None of this is linked to a personal identity, because the app has no account system. Analytics events record the kind of choice you make — a curated provider, a country server, or a custom one — and never the specific DNS server, your IP address, or the country you are physically in.
Advertising and consent
Ads come from Google AdMob and are optional. On first launch the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to gather any consent required in your region, followed by Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Decline either, or turn off "Share anonymous usage data" in Settings, and the app disables ads and keeps working. You can reopen the ad privacy options any time from the app's Settings.
Data sharing
Data is shared only with the Google services above, acting as our analytics, crash-reporting and advertising providers. We do not sell data. See Google's privacy policy.
The DNS server list
The app downloads an updated list of public DNS servers from our server. This is a one-way download of public data; no information about you is sent beyond what any ordinary web request includes.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data that would let us know a user's age.
Your choices
- Turn off "Share anonymous usage data" in Settings to disable analytics and ads.
- Revisit ad consent from the Settings screen.
- Reset the advertising identifier in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Remove the DNS profile any time from the app's Settings to restore your default resolver.
